Mr. Md. Badiuzzaman Lashkar is the Managing Director & CEO of Express Insurance Limited. He comes from a respectable Muslim family of Gopalganj. He joined in Express Insurance Limited as Assistant Managing Director on 01 January 2013 and was promoted as Additional Managing Director on 01 January 2020. The Board of Directors took a decision in its 305^th meeting held on 04/10/2023 to appoint him as Managing Director & CEO and the Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA) approved his appointment on 28/01/2024. He started his service career at Bangladesh Co-operative Insurance Company Ltd. on 02 May 1995 as Deputy Manager and served up to 30 September 1997. After that, he successfully served in the responsible positions of Northern General Insurance Company Ltd., Islami Insurance Bangladesh Ltd. and Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd. He participated in a number of seminars and symposiums related to insurance. Mr. Md. Badiuzzaman Lashkar is a well-known person in the insurance industry of the country for his integrity and hard work.

Mr. Hossain has more than 33 years’ experience in the non-life insurance sector. He joined in Express Insurance Limited on 2006 as Deputy Managing Director. Subsequently, he was promoted to the rank of Additional Managing Director on 01 January 2011. Beforehand, he had performed as the current charge of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
