Mr. Mazakat Harun is the Sponsor Director of Express Insurance Limited (EIL). He was the Chairman of the Company for the period from 2012-2015 and now he is the Vice Chairman of the Company. He comes from a respectable Muslim Family. He has completed his graduation degree under Dhaka University. He is a renowned businessman of the Country. Mr. Harun is a Sponsor Shareholder and former Director of EXIM Bank Limited. He is also Chairman & Managing Director of M/s. Aaron Denim Ltd. and M/s. Chemitan Ltd. He is the President of Bangladesh Chemicals Importers & Merchants Association (BCIMA) since 2015 and GB member of FBCCI. Mr. Harun is involved various social welfare activities. Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He joined in this Company in September, 2006. Before joining this Company Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain started his insurance career in October, 1991 joining Bangladesh Co-operative Insurance Ltd. as a Development Officer. For his dedicated service & satisfactory performance he was promoted on exclerated basis and there he served in various capacity including branch In-charge. Next he joined Northern General Insurance Company in June, 2000 and served there upto September, 2006. In his long 30 years of insurance career he served in various capacity and gathered vast experience in insurance business which made him capable enough to handle insurance business efficiently.

Mr. Md. Badiuzzaman Lashkar studied BSS (Hons) Degree in Sociology & Anthropology. He is the Additional Managing Director of Express Insurance Limited. He started his service career at Bangladesh Co-operative Ins. Co. Ltd in the year 1995. He had been serving in that company from 02.05.1995 to 30.09.1997 and then joined in the Northern General Ins. Co. Ltd. and working there as Assistant Vice President from 01.10.1997 to 30.11.1999. Thereafter Mr. Lashkar joined at Islami Insurance Bangladesh Ltd as Vice President and then at Takaful Islami Insurance Co. Ltd. as Senior General Manager. He had been working there from 01.12.1999 to 31.7.2001 and 01.08.2001 to 31.12.2012 respectively. He has joined Express Insurance Limited as Assistant Managing Director on 01.01.2013 and promoted as Additional Managing Director on 01.01.2020. He has been serving various responsible positions of the Company and the management has given him the charge as Head of Marketing in January 2021. He has been participated in a number of seminars and symposiums related to the insurance
